Booking conditions

The reservation of accommodation is guaranteed when :

- A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is paid more than 3 months before the date of arrival.
- A deposit of 75% of the total amount is paid more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
- 100% of the total amount less than 30 days before arrival.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the secure SEPA (Euro zone) account of the owner-lessor. A bank details form for the transfer is sent by e-mail to the tenant, along with a seasonal rental contract to be signed and returned, as well as proof of the tenant's identity (ID card and liability insurance)

A security deposit of 800 euros, non-refundable during the rental period, is required on arrival and is refundable after the tenant has checked out.

In the event of cancellation by the accommodation provider :
-All advances paid are reimbursed in full to the traveler, whatever the circumstances, within 48 hours of cancellation.

Residence rules

Arrival time: From 4 p.m
The arrival time may be brought forward at the tenant's request if the previous tenant does not have a departure the same morning.

Departure time: Until noon

Are provided :

- Bed linen and comforters, bath sheets/towels, shower gel
- All kitchen accessories described in the equipment section.

Once a week, the tenant accepts the intervention of the landlord or his representative to ensure the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool (e.g.: watering the plants and lawn, cleaning the swimming pool and filtering the water) as well as any technical maintenance to ensure the tenant a comfortable and successful stay.

- Pets are not allowed during your stay
- Smoking allowed outside the villa.

No smoking allowed:

- Private parties and events (weddings, reunions, church services, etc.)
- Photography and filming outside the strict family vacation framework.
- Noisy night-time events likely to disturb the neighborhood.
- Recharging electric vehicles on the villa's domestic circuits.
- The use of air-conditioning during prolonged absences during the day.

-There is no cleaning charge. In return, the tenant undertakes to keep the premises clean and tidy and to return them in the condition in which they were found, with the exception of bed linen, sheets and towels. In the event of manifest failure to do so, the owner-lessor reserves the right to deduct a cleaning charge of 150 euros from the security deposit.
